MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. Promotional Rules 

BENCHMARK CONTESTS 

A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of MBC Grand Broadcasting at 1360 E Sherwood Drive, Grand Junction, Colorado, 81501, during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm) or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address. 

  1. The benchmark contests run consistently throughout the year. 

  2. Listeners can enter by listening to any of 6 stations (Magic 93.1, The Moose 92.3, The Vault 100.7, 96.1 KSTR, 1100 KNZZ and The Team 1340) for any of the benchmark contests that are played throughout the day. 

  3. To play, listeners must follow the directions of the DJ and fulfill all specified requirements in order to win. 

  4. Contest is open to anyone 16 years of age and older, unless otherwise specified. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The adult must have a valid identification card to claim prize with anyone under the age of 16. 

  5. Only one (1) individual per household may win a benchmark contest only once per station in a two-week period, unless otherwise specifically stated. Only one (1) individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest or promotion. 

  6. All winners will have two-weeks to claim their prize. No prize will be awarded after the two-week window has expired. The two-week window begins from the date the prize was awarded. 

  7. No purchase necessary. 

  8. All prizes awarded “as is”. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash value. 

  9. All contests are open to the general public, except for: employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc., participating sponsors, their immediate families and household members. 

  10. All state, local, federal, or other tax, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fee and other fees that apply for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. 

  11. MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. shall not be responsible for failure of participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised. Winner agrees that in the event that the prize is lost, stolen or destroyed for any reason after the listener has claimed such prize, MBC Grand Broadcasting shall be held blameless. Such prize(s) is the sole responsibility of the winner once the prize is claimed. 

12. 

  1. All entrants and winners agree that MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. and its affiliates shall be held blameless and non- libel for any injury, misfortune or damage to either persons or property by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest or by use or non-use of any prize received. 

  2. Winners must sign a waiver before prize(s) are awarded. 

  3. All entry blanks, forms, devices and materials, as well as the information contained on or within, gathered during the course of the promotion, shall become the sole property of the station to be used, disposed of or destroyed at the discretion of MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. 

  4. All entrants and winners agree that the station may broadcast or publish the winner’s name, city of residence, photo, video tape or any other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason the station deems necessary without compensation. All entrants further agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such publication, broadcast or use. 

  5. MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. reserves the right to end a contest or promotion at any time without any advance notice to the public. 

  6. MBC Grand Broadcasting, Inc. reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing. 

  7. Violations of any of these rules, or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception or cheating shall be grounds for the station to disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future contests and events, at the sole discretion of the station, as well as the forfeiture of any prize (or prizes) won by fraudulent means.
